FCNA Fall General Meeting Postponed

Many Franklin Crossing homeowners may recall that we had planned to hold another general meeting of our Neighbourhood Association this fall. However, due to several unforeseen circumstances, your Steering Committee has decided to postpone this meeting until a later date. It will now most likely be held early in 2025. This will allow us more time to deal with a number of outstanding issues, and we would by then hope to be in a position to report some more substantial progress.

Resolution of the shared roadway issue remains our top priority, although it continues to be a slow and difficult process. On the positive side, a volunteer has stepped forward to act as FCNA’s treasurer, so we will be proceeding to open a bank account in the near future and hope to begin the process of developing a budget for operational expenses. A reminder that we would be pleased to hear from any homeowners who might be interested in taking a more active role in the association or any of its committees – including snow clearing and management of this website.
